Privacy Policy

We collect only what you choose to send us. When you use the contact form, that is:

• Your full name, email address, and message (required)
• Your phone number, organization, and the type of project you are asking about (optional)

If you email or call us directly, we receive the information you share in that message or call. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information) through the Site, and we ask that you do not send it to us through the contact form or by email.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps in server logs. This is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.

The Site does not currently use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or cross-site tracking technologies. If that changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect and, where required, ask for your consent.

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement
• To provide, secure, and maintain the Site
• To meet legal, contractual, and recordkeeping obligations, including those that apply to federal contractors
• To protect against fraud, abuse, or other unlawful activity

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing. We disclose it only to:

• Service providers that help us run the Site, such as Web3Forms, which processes contact-form submissions and delivers them to us by email, and our website hosting provider. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Legal and government authorities when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order, or a federal-contract obligation, or is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Successors in a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, subject to this policy.

Information in public federal registries, such as our SAM.gov registration (UEI and CAGE code), is public by law and is not covered by this policy.

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you, manage any resulting engagement, and satisfy legal and recordkeeping requirements, and then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a breach of system security involves your sensitive personal information, we will notify you and, where applicable, the Texas Attorney General as required by Chapter 521 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code and other applicable law.

The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code ch. 541) gives Texas residents certain rights over their personal data. Davis Project Solutions is a small business as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, and most of the Act’s obligations do not apply to small businesses. We nevertheless honor the following requests as a matter of policy:

• Confirm whether we process your personal data and access it
• Correct inaccuracies in your personal data
• Delete personal data you provided to us or that we obtained about you
• Obtain a copy of the personal data you provided to us in a portable format
• Opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and profiling (we do none of these)

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within 45 days, and may extend that period once by 45 days when reasonably necessary, telling you why. We may need to verify your identity first. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will answer within 60 days. If you are not satisfied with the result, you may file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General.

There is no single federal privacy law governing this Site. We follow the federal laws that apply to our activities, including:

• Section 5 of the FTC Act, which prohibits unfair or deceptive practices. We handle your information as this policy describes.
• CAN-SPAM Act. We use your email address to reply to your inquiry, not to send unsolicited commercial email. If we ever send marketing email, it will identify us and include a working opt-out.
• Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information, and will delete it if we learn we have.
• Federal contracting requirements. Where we work on federal engagements, information handled under a contract is governed by that contract and applicable federal rules, which control over this policy.

Because we do not track you across websites, we do not respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals. If we later add tracking, we will honor universal opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control where the law requires.

The Site may link to other websites, such as LinkedIn or government sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
